Project History:
In summer 2010, TARSAP was able to acquire the promising property in Warthestrasse.
After elaboration of the concept for the ins. 38 units, the property could be offered to interested customers for between 600 Euro and 850 Euro per square meter already in early autumn 2010. All units were sold within a very short time without commission to nice owners, most of whom will use their apartments themselves.
The renovation plan drawn up by TARSAP for the comprehensive renovation of the common property is already included in the purchase prices of the "TARSAP Plus" and "TARSAP Top" offer packages.
The works according to the renovation plan as well as in the individual units have been in full swing since the end of 2010!
